I'm displeased with SMRT. Annoyed by the stupid rules and regulation they have. Can't they just give me back my card even if it expired or anything. What rights do they have to ask no. 1 to surrender my card. Because of those stupid rules?

- everyone has to surrender their old card- What's that! Aargh...I just feel like lodging a complain.
