 [[.=).]] Went back school today for an hr microecons lesson. It was kind of boring anyway. Then lingta accompany me to J8 to get my baleno jeans; same design but different color. =D I don't know why but I just like that baleno jeans. AND I really got to say, I condemn Bishan's neoprint machines. Haha. Everything just went wrong when we use the machine there. (-_-") This week was tiring; AND even get scolded by the customer over the phone for nothing. =S She's blabbering over the phone, complaining how annoyed she was when she found out that we gave her size 6 instead of size 7. Apologising thousands of times to her and she's still complaining non-stop. Tell her that she could change her size in any of the outlets and she's still so furious; complaining that none of the outlets is near to her house. (-_-") When she know that I'm the one who serve her, aargh...you know what's going to happen. Anyway, after much conversation over the phone. I did not gave her the wrong size; AND it's still size 7. It's just that we use different shoe box and it's written size 6 there. * faint * When she realise that it's her fault and all, she didn't even say sorry or thank you; she just hung up the phone. How kind can she be. Some other customers are also so eeks. We did not follow them up and down the shop willingly ok. We are being paid to follow them; to serve them for their need. I also don't like the sales person to follow me up and down in the shop, but what can we do. None of the sales person did it willingly. Unless if we want to be sack, we can stop following and serving them. Customers are always right - =)  |
