  Alrightt. Friday, a day where I realised tonnes of things. The day when I understand why everythings happening in such ways. The day when I realised everything just seems to be so fake. The day when I realised everything is not as wonderful as I thought. The day when I know their true personality. The evil and cunning side; the selfishness; the hypocrites. And yeah ~ probably they or may just be SHE will be thinking, "cecilia so stupid!" No one likes to work with them. I always get to hear from others saying how bad they are. I was told everytime that they always tell them, "hey, that customer came just now. It's my customer." Yeah ~ complaints everywhere. Others was asking me if that ever happen to me when I'm there; I said No. Caused I don't remember them telling me this. Now I understand why. I understand why they never onced told me that this and that is their customer. I thought they weren't as bad as what I heard from others, they treat me nicely from the start and nothing unhappy happens. But truely, I'm wrong. I came to realised one day that my sales record there are pathetic. My sales there ain't that pathetic but when the record comes out. It's far from what I expected. Though I find it weird I didn't mention it out; cause I don't really care about my sales. Only till Friday, when I accidentally found out the real reason. I'm not taught on how to do cashier, so they will always have to help me with it. All the time I thought that she's so kind to help me do the cashier and let me serve other customers. And true enough, I'm wrong again. While she's helping me to do the cashier, I went to get the pair of shoes another customer wants. It's just besides the cashier. Her action just arouse my curiousity. I was wonderig why do she have to move till so front (leaning against the computer) when I have space to squeezed out. So I glimpsed at the screen; shocked at what I saw. She keyed in her ID for my sales, which means claiming it as her sales when it's mine. Stealing my sales away, how kind can she be. Anyway, I act as if I didn't see anything. I act as if nothing had happen. But inside me I was going "you idiot!" So from that moment, I just realised every single thing. My mind couldn't be more clearer than usual. I understand why she always volunteered to help me. I understand why she treat me so nicely. I understand why they never onced tell me " hey, that's my customer!", caused they don't have a need to. They needn't waste their saliva telling me those things; cause my sales eventually=their sales. They then get the commision and I get nothing. All I get is my boss telling other colleagues that my sales sucks. Alrightt. I'm definitely unhappy about it. If Eileen didn't tell me about this, I still don't know she actually said that. All they care is about sales; typical boss. My sales ain't good everytime; but my sales are just pathetic everytime at that particular outlet. Can't she see the difference? If she ever tell me that " hey, why your sales so so only? " i'll probably just tell her " ok lor. I tell you why. I'M QUITTING!" Seriously, by then I'll just tell her this incident but not stating any names or outlet. I'll just tell her that the outlet is definitely plus guarantee not westmall. Mummy daddy not happy with the sales-eater. not happy with the company. Obviously, me too. Who will be happy with it right. haha. Alrightt, i should just stop complaining.  |
