i don't know if it's because of the industry i'm in or is it the amount of stress we're facing everyday during work i seems and felt like a totally changed person ever since my ipp started well, it's more like after the stupid incident i became very attitude i became very sarcastic in words, very sarcastic i would say i get fed-up easily i don't smile when i shop around i'm just like any other attitude customer who might be trying to make the service provider life well, not till the extent. . . but enough to let the service provider feel turn off and walk away i guess and all these will only exist on weekend, when i don't have to work. work last week was bad, very bad get chided by 3 customers in a day for nothing okay, one is my fault but the two wasn't i'm just sway enough to pick up their call so what's wrong with mine? he just couldn't understand that every card has different benefits and am still very angry over the fact that he doesn't have the benefit rude enough to say that my sorry is cheap and ask me to keep it fine. unreasonable customer what can i do and he even wrote complain letter thank god, my supervisor support me instead of him. HAHAHA if i ever know how he look like and bump to him on the street, i'll probably squash him upside down okay. i'm back to my old self tomorrow again i'll probably need to see a psycholoist then. my whole brain system is in a mess. LOL maybe a letter to the principal of nyp would be good. . . when the world stop turning, will my heart stop beating? |
