 the interesting encounter i love my new workplace now! (: people are "harmless" and friendly, so let's pray that i probably get to station there for most of my schedule! and of so many people, i actually bump into steven lim yesterday who kept asking me if i know him and that he's from the media and a boss. hello, you think i care. not as if you're gonna pay me salary right! hah. whatever, with him bugging you with the question "do you recognise me? i'm from the media" (showing you a pic of himself with three other models on the tear-out piece of magazine) it's so damn irritating! LOL then, i met the most interesting guy with the most "interesting" pick-up line which i initially thought he's probably some poor guy doing some survey for his thesis or whatever during the new year eve. i was pondering over which book to get at kino, then this guy squat beside me and said, G: hi, sorry, can i ask you a question? M: yes? G: how would you feel if a guy approach you at a bookstore? M: approach me for? G: erm, approach you to ask you out for coffee, something like that. M: kind of weird thenn. G: oh, but that's what i'm intending to do though. so is it okay if we come out to have coffee some other days? M: huh? G: actually i've been noticing you for quite sometime. so ya. well, do you want to have coffee some other days? M: no thanks. (thinking, he must have been a stalker! LOL) G: oh okay then. (: well, well. an interesting guy but i totally can't remember how he looks like and no no, never give stranger your mobile number. who knows he turns out to be a crazy man or something? you'll probably put you precious life at risk. hah then then, which lady would feel comfortable having coffee with a complete stranger? maybe, he'll realised that one day and will change his pick-up line the next time! then i told vonn, maybe i should tell him "if we meet again, we'll have coffee together" hah! but i'm never in the right state of mind whenever i come across such incidents. LOL alrightt, i'm gonna get a quick shower before i'm off to chinatown to squeeze with the crazy crowds out there and grab some cheap cheap candies! =D happy happy new year! (:   |
