 aging philosophy i felt like an old lady with the achings here and there, accompanied with the continuous headache. no vigourous exercise but i'm experiencing aching tummy muscle and back, with stiff shoulders and neck. i felt so tired and laid on the bed most of the time. maybe mentally and appearance wise i'm 21years' old. physically wise, in terms of body funtions, i'm 70 years' old. LOL Aging, am I? and it's been three days, the aches doesn't subside.  |
